Feldspar is the name given to a group of tectosilicates with various minerals such as aluminium, sodium, potassium and calcium, and includes the crystals Amazonite, Labradorite, Moonstone, Orthoclase and Sunstone. Feldspar is found as veins within igneous and metamorphic rocks and has a characteristic non metallic lustre, and a wide range of colours depending on the additional metals present within its formulation.
